  Poor service... poor product execution... lied to...
  
  Took 5 pair of shoes in for a tune up. Pretty general stuff. Several needed new heals, two others needed some minor repair from scuffs, and 3 pair which have mesh weave in them, needed a strand or two to be reattached or glued down so they wouldn't get any worse.
  
  This is where it went down hill....
  
  I went to pick them up at noon of the pick up day - one week later. I was told that the pick up time was after 3p and Id have to come back. He didn't even check to see if they were done and sent me on my way. Wow! I had to come back the next day and although the two that needed heels were done, NOTHING else was done on any of the shoes. No weave repair, no scuff repair, not even a polish that looked above average. I got excuses, pointing of fingers as to why it wasn't done, and was told they would need two more days.... So, I come back two days later and I'm told that the weave repair didn't work and he was going to try something new on it, but needed two MORE days. Really!? So I come back today and the guy behind the counter (new guy than before) asked me for my phone # for pick up. He punches it in and says, "I don't have any of your shoes in the system." What?! I explain that I pre-paid for the services and that I'm still trying to get them fixed right. After looking in the back for them them they ask me for my name and brought out a bag of shoes with my name on it. Finally. I'm so excited to finally get all my shoes back!! I open up the back and begin looking at them.... NOTHING has been done since I left them when I came to get them the first time. That means the guy lied to me about "needed to try something different", he didn't do anything and still couldn't get them ready for me despite two extra opportunities. And even though they use my phone number to verify me in their system, I never got a call from them letting me know they "needed more time", or to save me from driving in to get them when they weren't done. So in the end: Poor service... Poor product execution and Lied to. If I were you, I would stay away.
