  Drew is by far the best agent out there. He is smart, courteous, punctual, and above all else, professional. After purchasing our first home with him and the amount of time and energy it takes to find a home, I can’t imagine having anyone else as our agent. Throughout this process we have come across some horrible, horrible agents. It baffles me that home buyers and sellers don’t do their due diligence when deciding on an agent. It really can make or break the whole experience. I am so grateful we had the insight to do our research and find an agent who put our needs above his own. His experience as an agent really showed during the escrow period. I can’t imagine a part-time agent would have had the same knowledge of the process to advise us through critical decisions with large financial consequences. I strongly recommend Drew Lyon and the whole Avanit team.
