  My best friend sent me flowers for my birthday. When they arrived the lilies were spotted with brown and the arrangement lasted 3 days. Now, I know how to take care of flowers because I have had my own flower garden in the past. My friend contacted the florist, who was rude to her. They ended up sending me another bouquet that was a total joke....a bunch of greenery with 2 stems of lillies! Apparently they don't care about customer service so I will never recommend them to anyone.
